Opted to dine here with my daughter last Thursday evening and the food we ordered was superb. Exactly the taste of the Sinigang na Hipon and Kare-kare we were looking for. I highly recommend this place for your favorite Filipino food. The place has a cozy vibe and roomy but i would prefer it clean and simple with a few indoor plants and flowers and not the artificial foliage. Great service from the staff is an ultimate plus.

Honest Review Mercédes is a must visit restaurant at Twin Lakes Tagaytay. They are not only known for delicious Filipino food but also with Asian and other country dishes. They have a two storey restaurant that is so Instagrammable and has a touch of Garden and European touch design. Place was very spacious and elegant. I got to try pumpkin soup , pizza , salad Chicken Biryani, Nasi Goreng,Chicken Tandoori, Pad Thai. For cofeee I have tried their Himalaya Matcha . I’m impressed with the taste of international flavors and plating. Parang hotel level. Servings was very big and generous and price is affordable. Staffs to Managet are accommodating. The place is perfect for families and good for events. Most of all is it has the most scenic view of Tagaytay Aileenlfoodapproved ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love the service of our waiter in this restaurant. He was very attentive and knows how to answer our questions on their menu. They serve filipino food, also with pizza and pasta. Great view of the taal too.

The place is nice. They have wide variations of food. We tried kare-kare and bulalo. The bulalo was okay, the kare-kare was a bit bland. The serving was huge though. However, we waited an hour for our food. We visited at around 2pm, they were not full, but the service was really slow. Needs huge improvement there.
